Built for an apartment program, this light luxury minimalist bathroom pod combines a GRC and light-steel keel wall-panel system with ceramic tile finishes. Installed as one integral unit by hoisting, it goes in within about three days. An integrally formed base pan with continuous waterproofing keeps the structure watertight, factory production ensures stable, consistent quality free of manual workmanship deviations, and delivery is fast and clean with no waste, noise, or debris left on site.
